ester + erikEster and Erik candles are manufactured using traditional dipping methods. Each high quality cotton wick is dipped repeatedly into hot paraffin of the highest quality until a beautiful candle has been created. The candles are then coloured and lacqered by hand.
Ester and Erik candles burn cleanly and slowly with no unpleasant smoke or soot. The wick is short of the base so that when it burns cleanly down it extinguishes itself before it reaches the base.
Ester and Erik candles will not drip as long as they are kept away from draughts and not burned too closely together. For optimal burning in groups keep the candles 10cm apart,

All parcels are sent via Australian Air Express within Australia. All parcels need to be signed for on delivery, so we recommend use of a business address if there will not be someone home during business hours. If your parcel cannot be delivered you will receive a notification card and and you will need to make alternative arrangements for collection with the courier. If not collected, it may be returned to top3 by design and any re-delivery charges will be charged to the customer.You may elect to provide delivery instructions and an "authority to leave". Please only do this if there is a secure area to do so. Top3 by design are not responsible for your order once it has been delivered with your authority to leave or not signed for by someone at your premises.

International deliveries + bulky items
We will require photo ID matching the delivery address of your order for any orders shipped outside Australia or New Zealand. We may from time to time request photo ID for subsequent orders.International shipping charges will be advised prior to dispatch. All shipping is calculated as flat rate and quoted for Australian delivery. Any International deliveries or items marked as "bulky" or "additional shipping may apply" will be calculated based on goods and destination and charged at checkout. If, in the rare situation that delivery costs exceed your expectations and you wish to cancel the order, top3 by design will fully refund the amount currently charged to your card on that order.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY
Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unhappy with an item you can return it for an exchange, store credit can be issued in the same form as the original payment. In order to receive a credit for change of mind simply return the goods to us in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 60 days of purchase.
