Bronwyn Gascoigne + Dean KingBronwyn Gascoigne & Dean King began the company in 2008 with a simple philosophy - to create something of high quality that is both beautiful & luxurious with as little impact on the environment as possible, and to keep it as local as possible.
They achieve this by using eco-soy wax that is sustainably farmed. All of their packaging is sourced and produced locally and they personally deliver orders to our Sydney customers. Not to mention that each and every candle is made to order, so there is virtually no waste at all in the production process. You can even re-use the glass!

All parcels are sent via Australian Air Express within Australia. All parcels need to be signed for on delivery, so we recommend use of a business address if there will not be someone home during business hours. If your parcel cannot be delivered you will receive a notification card and and you will need to make alternative arrangements for collection with the courier. If not collected, it may be returned to top3 by design and any re-delivery charges will be charged to the customer.You may elect to provide delivery instructions and an "authority to leave". Please only do this if there is a secure area to do so. Top3 by design are not responsible for your order once it has been delivered with your authority to leave or not signed for by someone at your premises.

International deliveries + bulky items
We will require photo ID matching the delivery address of your order for any orders shipped outside Australia or New Zealand. We may from time to time request photo ID for subsequent orders.International shipping charges will be advised prior to dispatch. All shipping is calculated as flat rate and quoted for Australian delivery. Any International deliveries or items marked as "bulky" or "additional shipping may apply" will be calculated based on goods and destination and charged at checkout. If, in the rare situation that delivery costs exceed your expectations and you wish to cancel the order, top3 by design will fully refund the amount currently charged to your card on that order.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY
Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unhappy with an item you can return it for an exchange, store credit can be issued in the same form as the original payment.
