delivery of your goods within AustraliaAll parcels need to be signed for on delivery, so we recommend use of a business address if there will not be someone home during business hours. If your parcel cannot be delivered you will receive a notification card and and you will need to make alternative arrangements for collection with the courier. If not collected, it may be returned to top3 by design and any re-delivery charges will be charged to the customer.
You may elect to provide delivery instructions and an "authority to leave". Please only do this if there is a secure area to do so. Top3 by design are not responsible for your order once it has been delivered with your authority to leave or not signed for by someone at your premises.

International deliveries + bulky itemsWe will require photo ID matching the delivery address of your order for any orders shipped outside Australia or New Zealand. We may from time to time request photo ID for subsequent orders.
International shipping charges will be advised prior to dispatch. All shipping is calculated as flat rate and quoted for Australian delivery. Any International deliveries or items marked as "bulky" or "additional shipping may apply" will be calculated based on goods and destination and charged at checkout. If, in the rare situation that delivery costs exceed your expectations and you wish to cancel the order, top3 by design will fully refund the amount currently charged to your card on that order.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICYYour satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unhappy with an item you can return it for an exchange, store credit can be issued in the same form as the original payment. In order to receive a credit for change of mind simply return the goods to us in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 60 days of purchase. You will be responsible for any shipping on change of mind exchanges.
Please contact us PRIOR to sending back (firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 1300 867 333 during business hours) to ensure that we can discuss the receipt of your returned goods and arrange a credit promptly!

The product you return must be in: new, unused, pristine and unmarked condition, with all the original packaging in unmarked, saleable condition. Proof of purchase must be provided for all returns (unless you are a member with top3 by design and we can look up your purchase details for you). Proof of purchase can be in the form of a receipt, credit card statement, or top3 membership ID if the item has been purchased on your top3 membership.
Special Order items (which are indicated online as such) are not able to be returned or exchanged, as they are ordered by customer request.
Products can be returned instore or to our warehouse. If you are sending the item back to the top3 warehouse please notify us before you return the item by phone (1300 867 333) or email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide you with a returns form and the instructions for returning your items. If you would like to request an exchange you can let us know at this time of your new selection, so we are able to reserve this for you.
Faulty items: If you receive an item that you consider to be flawed or faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss its repair or replacement by either phone (1300 867 333) or email email@example.com.
top3 by design is not responsible for any item that is not returned in a new, unused and unmarked condition. We do not sell imperfect items and will not accept the return of any item which is considered marked or imperfect. Please also note that packaging is an inherent part of the product, and a full refund or credit will not be issued if the packaging is not returned in perfect condition.
