The GenevaSound S is a stereo clock radio with a rotating iPod dock, crafted in a single cabinet made of piano lacquer (high-density composite fibre). Considering its compact size, the sound performance is amazing. It is a versatile system that plays all genres of music very well and can support a normal room size. Your music will sound better than ever.
 
GenevaSound S has a built-in FM radio with digital tuner and presets, and also features a rotating iPod dock, compatible with most of today's iPod models, and is charging the iPod while connected. All functions can be controlled with the included remote or with the touch-sensitive buttons. The touch panel offers also a scroll wheel, and a connected iPod can be browsed using the touch buttons.
 
GenevaSound S also connects to iPods and other MP3 players through the line input. The speakers are driven by a very high quality digital amplifier delivering 30 Watts of high-end digital stereo.
In addition, GenevaSound S is an alarm clock that you can rely on. It can bridge a power loss for up to one hour and keep the exact time, and in case of no audio source, a built-in beeper will be activated.
 
It has a LED Display visible under the front cover showing clock, audio input and control settings. This GenevaSound comes with rubber feet and an aluminium table stand.

    shipping and delivery

    All orders are shipped through Australian Air Express which is barcoded and trackable. If the packed article is too large - it is then shipped via courier.

    Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of AU$14.00 per order*
    Express shipping within Australia is a flat rate of AU$26.00 per order*
    Gift Voucher only shipping within Australia is a flat rate of AU$7.00 per order

    bulky items

    Items marked as bulky item incur additional costs, calculated based on weight and size to your destination. Shiiping charges will be added to your order OR pick up from our Crows Nest warehouse.

    special order items

    Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Delivery times vary from a few days to 12+ weeks, a staff member will contact you to advise.

    Standard delivery: up to 5-8 business days
    Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.
    Express post ships over night, however please allow an extra day for processing and preparation of your order. Most express orders leave same day and we will contact you if this is not possible with your selection.

    All items will be sent in one shipment as soon as all products are available (product availability is listed with each item if delayed).     Please be aware that we are receiving online orders 24 hours a day, therefore the item you have selected may have sold out between updates of stock availability on the website.

    If the item you have selected has sold out we will attempt to contact you immediately on the email address and telephone numbers provided with your order.

    Please understand that a delay may occur if your credit card was declined or if your address requires verification due to insufficient information.

    Non-metropolitan or remote areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.

    delivery of your goods within Australia

    All parcels are sent via Australian Air Express within Australia. All parcels need to be signed for on delivery, so we recommend use of a business address if there will not be someone home during business hours. If your parcel cannot be delivered you will receive a notification card and and you will need to make alternative arrangements for collection with the courier. If not collected, it may be returned to top3 by design and any re-delivery charges will be charged to the customer.

    You can check on the progress of your delivery any time using the link sent to you via email upon dispatch of your order. If at any time you are concerned about your delivery you can email orders@top3.com.au or phone 1300 top 333 (1300 867 333)

    International deliveries + bulky items

    All shipping is calculated as flat rate and quoted for Australian delivery. Any International deliveries or items marked as "bulky" or "additional shipping may apply" will be calculated based on goods and destination and charged at checkout. If, in the rare situation that delivery costs exceed your expectations and you wish to cancel the order, top3 by design will fully refund the amount currently charged to your card on that order.

    RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY

    Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unhappy with an item you can return it for an exchange, store credit or refund which will be issued in the same form as the original payment, within 14 calendar days of the receipt.

    Customer satisfaction

    It is very important to us that Top3 by design customers are satisfied with their purchase and understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following policy regarding returns and exchanges. If you remain in any way uncertain, please call or email us.

    The product you return must be in: new, unused, pristine and unmarked condition, with all the original packaging in unmarked, saleable condition. Proof of purchase must be provided for all returns. Proof of purchase can be in the form of a receipt, credit card statement, or top3 membership ID if the item has been purchased on your top3 membership.

    Special Order items (which are indicated online as such) are not able to be returned or exchanged, as they are ordered by customer request.

    Products can be returned instore or to our warehouse. If you are sending the item back to the top3 warehouse please notify us before you return the item by phone (1300 867 333) or email (orders@top3.com.au) so we can provide you with a returns form and the instructions for returning your items. If you would like to request an exchange you can let us know at this time of your new selection, so we are able to reserve this for you.

    Faulty items: If you receive an item that you consider to be flawed or faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss its repair or replacement by either phone (1300 867 333) or email (orders@top3.com.au).

    top3 by design is not responsible for any item that is not returned in a new, unused and unmarked condition. We do not sell imperfect items and will not accept the return of any item, which is considered marked or imperfect. Please also note that packaging is an inherent part of the product, and a full refund or credit will not be issued if the packaging is not returned.
