French BullFrench Bull's debut in January of 2002 marked the return of melamine but with a modern spin. The classic material known for it's durability and striking color was given a makeover boasting the bold pop culture signature style of designer Jackie Shapiro. After graduating from Parson's School of Design majoring in fashion, Jackie landed in Italy, working for Milan's innovative fashion house, Fiorucci. It was here where she began breathing life into familiar images with her graphic style grounded in color and steeped in imagination. A return to New York sparked a freelance career that led to the creation of her own children's fashion collection, under the "IZZY" label, featured in top stores such as Henri Bendel's, Saks and Fred Segal.
The idea for French Bull came about by a desire to create homeware products for design conscious consumers at accessible prices. Though the line began with melamine kitchen products, French Bull is a lifestyle brand whose boundaries have become as limitless as the spectrum of color it works from. Melamine itself is resistant to high heat, shatterproof, and an ideal ground for pattern. The durability and functionality of the material is perfect for indoor or outdoor entertaining, everyday use and is completely safe for children. The wide range of storage, serving, kitchen and lifestyle products that comprise the French Bull line give you the freedom to create your story. All orders are shipped through Australian Air Express which is barcoded and trackable. If the packed article is too large - it is then shipped via courier.
Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of AU$14.00 per order*

Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Delivery times vary from a few days to 12+ weeks, a staff member will contact you to advise.

Express post ships over night, however please allow an extra day for processing and preparation of your order. Most express orders leave same day and we will contact you if this is not possible with your selection.

delivery of your goods within Australia
All parcels are sent via Australian Air Express within Australia. All parcels need to be signed for on delivery, so we recommend use of a business address if there will not be someone home during business hours. If your parcel cannot be delivered you will receive a notification card and and you will need to make alternative arrangements for collection with the courier. If not collected, it may be returned to top3 by design and any re-delivery charges will be charged to the customer.You can check on the progress of your delivery any time using the link sent to you via email upon dispatch of your order. International deliveries + bulky items
All shipping is calculated as flat rate and quoted for Australian delivery. Any International deliveries or items marked as "bulky" or "additional shipping may apply" will be calculated based on goods and destination and charged at checkout. If, in the rare situation that delivery costs exceed your expectations and you wish to cancel the order, top3 by design will fully refund the amount currently charged to your card on that order.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY
Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unhappy with an item you can return it for an exchange, store credit or refund which will be issued in the same form as the original payment, within 14 calendar days of the receipt.
Customer satisfaction
It is very important to us that Top3 by design customers are satisfied with their purchase and understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following policy regarding returns and exchanges. If you remain in any way uncertain, please call or email us.The product you return must be in: new, unused, pristine and unmarked condition, with all the original packaging in unmarked, saleable condition. Proof of purchase must be provided for all returns. Proof of purchase can be in the form of a receipt, credit card statement, or top3 membership ID if the item has been purchased on your top3 membership.
Special Order items (which are indicated online as such) are not able to be returned or exchanged, as they are ordered by customer request.
Products can be returned instore or to our warehouse. If you are sending the item back to the top3 warehouse please notify us before you return the item by phone (1300 867 333) or email (orders@top3.com.au) so we can provide you with a returns form and the instructions for returning your items. If you would like to request an exchange you can let us know at this time of your new selection, so we are able to reserve this for you.
Faulty items: If you receive an item that you consider to be flawed or faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss its repair or replacement by either phone (1300 867 333) or email (orders@top3.com.au).
top3 by design is not responsible for any item that is not returned in a new, unused and unmarked condition. We do not sell imperfect items and will not accept the return of any item, which is considered marked or imperfect. Please also note that packaging is an inherent part of the product, and a full refund or credit will not be issued if the packaging is not returned.
