Eric Pfieffer
Eric Pfeiffer served as the VP of Design at Offi from 2000 through 2004, coordinating product design and directing the Offi innovation process. During his prolific tenure at Offi, he designed most of the products that were introduced and was credited with several design awards, including the 2003 ID Magazine award for the Offi Perch Lounge. Also while at Offi, Eric co-authored a book called "Bent Ply: the Art of Plywood Furniture", which features the step-by-step making of the Offi Wave Desk.

In January 2005 Eric started his new design studio "Pfeiffer Lab" with the goal of exploring the "the design of everyday objects in our lives." Pfeiffer Lab relies on Eric's penchant for simplicity of form to create useful and elegant solutions for everyday living. His reductive designs are expressed in timeless forms that recognize a product's usefulness and necessity while exhibiting the beauty and honesty of a products material.

Eric Pfeiffer is gifted with a deep understanding and passion for innovation and the manufacturing process. Therefore his designs result in affordable products with total clarity of form and function that continue to receive wide acclaim and distribution for Offi. His products have been published in numerous national and international publications, and now sell under the Offi brand in over 350 of the finest stores in the US, Japan and throughout Europe. In addition to Pfeiffer Lab, Eric is currently working on another book about design, home and the modern family.

Beautiful plywood bent into shape. Love how the natural blonde wood colour works on my reddish-brown floor boards. Putting together wasn't too hard, but was wary about scratching the surface. Not the best manufacturing, had some problems with 3-4 screws not going in totally.

All orders are shipped through Australian Air Express which is barcoded and trackable. If the packed article is too large - it is then shipped via courier.

Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of AU$14.00 per order*

Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Delivery times vary from a few days to 12+ weeks, a staff member will contact you to advise.

Express post ships over night, however please allow an extra day for processing and preparation of your order. Most express orders leave same day and we will contact you if this is not possible with your selection.

delivery of your goods within Australia

All parcels are sent via Australian Air Express within Australia. All parcels need to be signed for on delivery, so we recommend use of a business address if there will not be someone home during business hours. If your parcel cannot be delivered you will receive a notification card and and you will need to make alternative arrangements for collection with the courier. If not collected, it may be returned to top3 by design and any re-delivery charges will be charged to the customer.

International deliveries + bulky items

All shipping is calculated as flat rate and quoted for Australian delivery. Any International deliveries or items marked as "bulky" or "additional shipping may apply" will be calculated based on goods and destination and charged at checkout. If, in the rare situation that delivery costs exceed your expectations and you wish to cancel the order, top3 by design will fully refund the amount currently charged to your card on that order.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY

Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unhappy with an item you can return it for an exchange, store credit or refund which will be issued in the same form as the original payment, within 14 calendar days of the receipt.

Customer satisfaction

It is very important to us that Top3 by design customers are satisfied with their purchase and understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following policy regarding returns and exchanges. If you remain in any way uncertain, please call or email us.

The product you return must be in: new, unused, pristine and unmarked condition, with all the original packaging in unmarked, saleable condition. Proof of purchase must be provided for all returns. Proof of purchase can be in the form of a receipt, credit card statement, or top3 membership ID if the item has been purchased on your top3 membership.

Special Order items (which are indicated online as such) are not able to be returned or exchanged, as they are ordered by customer request.

Products can be returned instore or to our warehouse. If you are sending the item back to the top3 warehouse please notify us before you return the item by phone (1300 867 333) or email (orders@top3.com.au) so we can provide you with a returns form and the instructions for returning your items. If you would like to request an exchange you can let us know at this time of your new selection, so we are able to reserve this for you.

Faulty items: If you receive an item that you consider to be flawed or faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss its repair or replacement by either phone (1300 867 333) or email (orders@top3.com.au).

top3 by design is not responsible for any item that is not returned in a new, unused and unmarked condition. We do not sell imperfect items and will not accept the return of any item, which is considered marked or imperfect. Please also note that packaging is an inherent part of the product, and a full refund or credit will not be issued if the packaging is not returned.
