(your one account covers shopping instore, online or over the phone). top3 membership points are not earned on shipping, couriers or sale items.

about your shopping credits balance
Your shopping credit amount is updated each following business day after purchases or redemptions are made against your membership ID. Your shopping credits balance will therefore not accurately show until the following business day. how to use your top3 membership card
Each time you reach a $950 spend, a $50 credit is issued for use instore or online. Shopping credits are "virtual vouchers" so no actual voucher is issued. You simply get a shopping credit against your account.Your membership ID card tracks and monitors the shopping credits and must be presented when shopping.
Shopping credits automatically accumulate. They show on the account within 2 working days (and a minimum of 1 day) and can be used any time thereafter. Please note that shopping credits are allocated at the time your order is processed, NOT when the order is placed.
You can check your top3 shopping credits balance online, simply by logging in atÊtop3.com.au. Your login is your top3 membership card number (located on the back of your card beginning with ID.....) and the email address you signed up with. If you need to change your email address or any contact details please email us or phone 1300 867 333 during business hours.
Top3 shopping credits do not expire. Please note that purchases of sale items and any postage charges do not earn you points against your membership card.
