top3 by design is an award-winning retail concept with Showrooms in Sydney + Melbourne, Australia.

This year, we celebrate our 23rd birthday. It has been a big year of change here at top3. We have settled into our new dedicated warehouse, online dispatch and HQ in Artarmon, and have expanded our existing Sydney and Melbourne Showrooms.
Hence the hunt for an experienced (furniture and/or Interiors focused) sales consultants in both Sydney + Melbourne (4-5 days per week, one weekend day is a must)
We are looking for someone to share our passion for story-telling and discussing all things design with our lovely clients.
Amongst our stable of 100% original design brands (including an extensive offering of Tom Dixon and Muuto), we exclusively represent several German Furniture brands: Janua (awarded “Brand of the Century” in Germany), Freifrau, Draenert and Möeller Design. All designed and made in Germany. (A new one to be announced later this year!)
These brands provide an exclusive opportunity in Australia to grow their representation here for someone knowledgable and experienced in high quality crafted furniture pieces.
The successful candidate will:
* Have experience with high-end furniture brands
* Understand the point of difference of our key brands and inspire customers and the design community alike
* Foster a collaborative team environment as well as working collaboratively with our online and other Showroom Team - all working together towards the common goal of an extraordinary customer experience.
* Coordinate quoting and order processing with the office team (located on site)
* Attend weekly activity reporting at zoom managers meeting between Sydney + Melbourne teams
* Enjoy good communication, leaving nothing to chance
